This scheme is an endeavour to ensure that our Veterans get a Hon'ble and a befitting farewell from the Army during their "last journey" For getting the monetary grant of Rs 10,000/- from nearest Dependant Canteen/Station HQs, the Veterans should have valid Canteen Card and death cert only No separate registration is reqd for claiming entitled amt.
